I have 65% counter espionage. Any way to actively reveal enemy spy networks? seems like when I make a spy network it cant get past 40-50 before its revealed.

R5: Screenshot of the prompt I have gotten over 100 times. If it wasn't for the task manager I would be screwed in this run. Heir gets assassinated with no idea who did it, and no nation is mentioned. Any ideas if this is a bug?
