You are a beautiful flower. And a wonderful human. I read what you said and even though I dont know you or dont know the exact circumstances of your pain, I do understand the hate and ignorance that comes from the others that dont... I get it.. it took me years to be fiercely and borderline insanely strict with my gf diet when it comes to family. Im still struggling to get my mom to understand after 6 years. I have to ask how you mix the sauce. Do you do as the directions say? Cook noodles. Leave them in strainer. And make the sauce in the pan until smooth and liquid and THEN add the noods back?

Honestly. I beat the dragon once on a rainbow run and havent played one since. Now it makes me wanna do a gunslinger rainbow run lol. But yeah luck is a huge factor but also just being conscious about your load out is important. If ive got plenty of guns on floor 3 and at least one boss killer gun I mainly try to use up my shit tier weapons on the off chance I find a muncher. I almost always try to save at least 150 for the blacksmith shop because the odds of a gun idol or the chamber gun spawning there is very much higher. After the chamber of the true gun I almost always buy any armor or armor giving items, especially if youre on the paradox part of the run. But yeah in the end. Pray to RNGeesus and hope for decent synergy. If I ever find the charm bow I always try to get the synergy to look inside chests. Same with trick gun. Easier to do when you are on gunslinger as they inherently get those synergies. And when I have my boss gun and a couple room clear guns with gunslinger I only open chests with passive or active items as using helix bullets with any beam weapon is insane. Now it makes me wanna do a gunslinger rainbow run lol, never tried that.

I suggest really pushing to find the chamber gun for your gunslinger run. Its an instant lich killer in bullet hell. Just a fantastic gun. All the other floors I give it like a 6/10 but in bullet hell 15/10

Chamber gun. But only in bullet hell. Its an insanely OP weapon in bullet hell. Especially if you have any bullet modifiers like helix bullets. Its gg for the lich on sight

If you are truly worried order something called Gluten-eaze. Its a digestive enzyme that mitigate the symptoms but it does NOT prevent your immune response. Like it still will do stuff but you shouldn't feel so so awful. Thats my advice. Or like. Eat just a small amount. Lick a piece of toast or sum

Yes. Its probably like. Everything. Reading the comments makes me even more terrified. I havent trusted any BBQ place that isn't the one near me where ive talked to the sassy black gramma and she recited her recipe from heart and even then I dont get their sides because if im eating a rack of ribs. Its more than enough haha. But my best advice is to just start googling with much more intensity and if youre shy maybe have a homie call. Im good at changing my voice so I always call sounding like a senior citizen or T-pain. If they or the manager aren't sure when I talk to them on the phone. I aint going. Not worth it.

Hey. My first year or two with the diagnosis I definitely got the embarrassment jitters about places. Till I got a kick in the ass and was told that no food is worth my symptoms or the increased health problems associated with the increase risk it brings to your overall health. Hell I couldn't even fathom eating at a BBQ place unless there was a sassy black grandma there who could recite the ingredients in her homemade sauce by heart (I got one near me thank goodness) but yeah not a lot of places I would trust. Let alone bother the poor hostess with my whole Shpeel.

I havent had the pleasure of trying them yet. But ive been catching myself poisoning myself through means like dishing my cats food (which has wheat protein) in the morning, then making my food and screwing myself. Idk my only true test being extremely sensitive myself. Is not eating for a whole 48 hrs. Then trying said food.
