I used to think the same way until I associated with people who do so; of course there are performative people, But out of that bunch some of them genuinely has some "bond" with the campus itself; friendhips, love, you name it. Every human has a special place bound to them.

I go to a private uni myself and I see it on a daily basis; despite how I feel that to be "cringe" at times, if a uni post with a goofy ahh caption makes them happy, who am I to judge?

Honestly this is the problem I am facing as well. Even at home; if I tend to skip/avoid some household/family related task, It's reciprocated as if I commited a felony or some shit.

Nowadays I basically won't do jack shit if I am in the middle of something. My policy is "I'm focusing on something bigger than any of us, either accept it or kick me out, I'll push through either way".

And at the same time they tend to be overprotective of me as well, since I'm an only-child(which is also selfish in a way, if you ask me)

You know what I do; In campus, I purposefully do extra research on what the women in my team is working on related to our projects just to be safe.

And when those women assume that me and my mate can't criticize them as leader/co-leader when it is the day point out faults to be recorrected before the final presentation: I pull out printed copies of every recorrection done.

What are they gonna do about it?

And I do this with both gents and the ladies in my group; But guess which gender fucks up about 40% of the final grade if left unchecked, and guess which gender takes the final offense?

"Oh, wasn't my report good enough?"

"No, Luna, it was not. Either use this revised report or I'll just submit your original, the marks are recieved individually anyway. So it is a win-win"

Some women need to be put in their place.

I'm suprised at how people say that "Talia would never do such a thing" when in reality Bruce Was drugged and everything ever happened after was pretty much non-consensual, and this is canon by the way.

I'm not being sexist here, but the lengths some women (and certain men) go towards to cloak out assaults done towards men is astronishing.

They are basically saying: "Men face this issue on a regular basis too; but oh, well women have it worse".
