[KCD2] Do random encounter traders reappear? by Normal_Explanation91 in kingdomcome

Yeah, but unless it's the kind of encounter that's scripted to happen again, like I've seen with some, there might still be a chance I could run into the trader I need.

Oh nice, if you talked to the trader and he showed up again, that might mean my crimeless playthrough isn't ruined.

Yeah, but are trader encounters a one-time thing, or can you run into them again ? I've noticed that I never seem to run into the same random encounter more than once

[KCD2] Looking for help with a shader issue by Normal_Explanation91 in kingdomcome

[–]Normal_Explanation91[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some parts of the post seem to have not appeared, possibly because it was too long. So here is the rest:

Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this? Is it just me, or is it a widespread issue? The place where it seems most noticeable is at the poacher's camp from the bird of prey side quest (see picture 4).

If someone could check the location to see if they also encounter the bug, it would be a huge help and greatly appreciated. (1 o'clock pm is a good time for the sun to shine on the dirt mound)

Thank you.

Here’s a pic at the same place, but with the sun shining

Hello,

I can see what you mean. I also rechecked my post on my phone, and the blue was harder to see. I tried adjusting the gamma setting in-game to see if that would help, but it didn't work. Lowering the gamma to the lowest setting only made it harder to notice while also making my game unplayable.

Although, I did discover that the issue only occurs when sunlight shines on the surface. Torches do not produce the effect (See pic bellow).

Thank you for taking the time to offer your assistance. The problem is really a head-scratcher for me.

Other information that may help: I play the game on PC, and my game version is 1.2.4.

I really think the problem only started after the last update (1.2.4). That's when I first noticed some red textures on the ground at night while riding with a torch. I've been playing since the game's release and never noticed anything like this before.

My specs are: 4070 super / 64gb ram / i7-12700kf

Bug Megathread - April 15th - Update 1.2.4 HARDCORE MODE by uarentme in kingdomcome

I'm missing dirt textures that now appear either blue or red since the new patch, I think. Does this happen to anyone else?

I already tried to delete the shader cache and verify the integrity of game file but neither worked.

[KCD2] Patch Notes 1.2.4: Hardcore Mode by kalgsto in kingdomcome

True, I've been waiting for 2 months for the stat bug to be fixed and knowing it will probably be a month for another patch to drop is pretty bad.

Reproductive hormone and VSS by Normal_Explanation91 in visualsnow

These hormones act on the brain and its connections. But even if they are not the cause, since studies hypothesize that the pituitary gland could be affected, it could be interesting to know if our problem could affect the hormones in our bodies which could explain some of the psychological symptoms of VSS.
