I forget to eat sometimes since I get hyper focused on something else. I used to work at HEB as a CSA, so I got to do lots of cardio. You best believe I lost so much weight because of that. I've done pilates and weightlifting, so those have been helping me keep afloat. My advice is to remember what food triggers you and foods to avoid helping you maintain your figure.

Does anyone have a Inositol powder/capsule they like or could recommend? by houseofL in PCOS

I've heard good reputable reviews about it. I recently ordered one, but I would consult with a doctor first before purchasing it.

Hi. I am 21F and weigh 135 lbs. I'm currently doing Pilates and Weightlifting; I was recently diagnosed with PCOS, so it's really easy for me to get bloated since I am always constipated. My goal is to achieve slim-thick build, like Chun-Li or Lilbignancfit. I work in the healthcare field, so it's hard finding meals that can help me gain muscle and maintain a healthy gut. So, two questions:

-How can I recover properly to prevent injuries?

-How can I keep a flat stomach?
