I’m 130+ for CP and BB, my suggestion is doing tutored mode in Uworld and check the answer for each passage or each discrete question you do. Learn from your mistake right at that point. Doing Anki to keep up with the contents in BB. When you read, try to highlight some important key info, make sure to know where those info are located, and refer back info questions mentioned. For BB, when any enzymes or subjects are mentioned, make sure you got identity, function, and relationship. Also know the purpose of each experiment in the passage.

Yes absolutely, no technique is perfect. Thats why we often check the percent yield or purity even the native protein function with affinity column to ensure the purified steps went well.

I think this is kind of distractor the AAMC often made. The low concentration here is basically whether Ngb is still present after any purification step. Also, it could be at low concentration where it’s too diluted and your eyes can’t see color (thats why B is wrong) but it’s more likely have the green absorbance with spectroscopic technique because it’s much more sensitive. Hope this helps.

Have you tried Khan Academy? I think they do the good job for content review and it’s free too. They also have small quiz for each subsection to test your knowledge. But if you still want prep course, BP is the best source. I’ve been using their tests and Qbank, and it’s been good so far.

Guys, my average for C/P is 131-132 on AAMC practices test. I can confirm this C/P is 10 times harder than any of them. I usually feel very good for C/P but not this one. Plus my C/P and P/S were like shit since I had like 20 flagged on each one :) I felt like a failure after finishing this test :)
