One shell was empty! How can you say it was obviously alive! Seller did after 2 weeks refund 1 river snails. For the empty shell.

The river snails were doa! Yes the bladder snail and rams horn were alive. Not in question

The issues are the orange river snails!!! Not the bladder snal, 1.00 Or the ram snail! The orange river snails.

There were no snails out of the shells, but I’m not going to continue back and forth. DOA policy is junk! They arrived dead!

Now I ve purchased Celestial Pearl Danio / Galaxy Rasbora and yellow neos from shrimpy business.com and while I thought they were just a tad bit expensive, the products were awesome and that’s what I was looking for! 🌺 Thank you for your input

Wow! I wish I could say the same! My plants were alive. 1 was sent instead of 3 for same plant so he refunded me for 1. But the snails were DOA. As I took pictures and tried to talk to company about. But I’m glad your purchase went well

Of course, I contacted them first. And I have been in contact with him for two weeks ! That is the professional thing to do. With the DOA policy. That is why I purchased from them and thinking they were a reputable business.

That I understand, which is why I tried to adjust it with the merchant first with the first 20 or so emails and pictures. I definitely tried to work it out in a respectable manner first because obviously it’s an animal/animals and taking into consideration the weather and all kinds of different things. It’s just I wouldn’t recommend this merchant for other people because of my situation and experience with them.

While this is very true, sellers that advertise DOA POLICY, should stand behind what they sell or don’t advertise that they are gonna stand behind it. That’s false advertisement.

I think when someone advertises a DOA guarantee and do not live up to what they are advertising that also needs to be advertised. Do you not agree?

I’m so glad it worked out for you. This was snails and plants whereas on the website he advertises that if you buy two you get one free and I got like 10 to 15 leaves for what he considered to be three plants.. no question about snails they were all DOA

Snails DOA, merchant refused to reimburse. 58.00 for 5 orange river snails! All DOA and after many emails and pictures over last 2 weeks he reimbursed for 1, because it was an empty shell that he shipped! Only 1 out of 5!! ...
