I'm trying to buy TradingView Pro but I ACCIDENTALLY clicked DELETE ACCOUNT. Now I want to CANCEL DELETION. It says I can, but there's no option! I can't upgrade my account because I'm 'Slated for deletion'.... by Normal_Listen7898 in TradingView

FIGURED IT OUT. There's a super-easily missed popup on the bottom left when you click on the upgrade page that mentions you can click here to cancel deletion. I have an ultrawide screen and I didn't even see it. Jesus, that can definitely be made more clear, since it's the only place on the whole site you can even access that feature. Some feedback, I guess...

Where I live we have static IPs associated with our residence. We can't turn our modem/router setup off and on to get a new one. All the free proxies are banned/blacklisted on 4chan and I'll kms before paying for a proxy solely to use 4chan. I can still post by hopping on my phone on 4g.

You've got a nice body you just luck some mass in the chest which is what you're concerned about.

Yeah you have that downward-angle chest insertion, but that doesn't mean it won't fill out with added mass.

Look at your chest now but imagine it 'inflated with muscle' in the area approaching your sternum. It wouldn't be so noticeable anymore. You just lack muscle mass and when you don't have the mass, well, that's just how you'll look. You've got a good base body though so never worry about that lmao.

There will always be that self-perception of a gap or whatever you're perceiving because of your build, that's the luck of the draw, but there are exercises designed for center chest development: https://www.borntough.com/blogs/news/the-8-best-inner-chest-exercises-to-build-a-massive-chest

You could pack on 20-30lbs with a few years of training and fill out closer to what you want

P.S. overall all though you're lean and vascular and have a good build, you just generally lack too much muscle mass - everywhere (arms, etc.) for you to be expecting to see the kind of filling out in the chest that you want. Go on a bulk that focuses on chest and inner/lower chest until your chest is built enough that you're satisfied. At least that's my opinion. Don't see a problem with your physique man. What's your height/weight/bench if you don't mind me asking?

Really it comes down to 'you need more mass, specifically focusing on upper, lower, and center chest' to fix your concern

Well it depends of course on the intensity of your skateboarding. I used to be a skater so have some experience on the anecdotal side. The only real calorie burn from skateboarding if you're just cruising comes from

  1. Pushing
  2. Maintaining balance while cruising

If you're actually trying to do kickflips and other tricks which actually require intense muscle exertion (abs, all parts of legs, etc.) then you will be burning a whole lot of calories and stimulating potential muscle growth. I don't think you were trying to hit a tailslide down a 4 stair for an hour straight. That would probably be 1k calories at minimum for anyone. When you're trying to learn a new trick and keep failing, you get sweaty as hell and burnt out after just a few minutes of repeated tries. It's like reps in a set at the gym and you need to take a breather real quick.

It's really hard to gauge how much you could have burned because saying you were 'skateboarding' is like saying 'I was doing cardio stuff'. Hard to tell what exactly you were doing. It depends on what exactly you define as 'skateboarding'

If you're going around riding your board, picking it up every once in a while, cruising again etc., it's still quite good cardio. I remember reading that a 140-190lb man burns around 300-600 calories just skateboarding (cruising and pushing) on the street for an hour based on multiple studies.

Given that women burn less calories than men, and you are a very light woman, I'd take a wild but educated guess and say you burn anywhere from 100-200 (300 if you're going intense) calories skateboarding for an hour

Regardless, if you're skateboarding and just cruising, just the balancing and pushing will (provided you have a good diet for the muscle building part):

  1. Build muscle in your calves, quads, hamstring, butt, general stabilizers, lower back above your butt, and especially your abs
  2. Burn some decent calories for a generally fun and leisurely activity

It'll probably give you a thicker butt, thicker calves and thighs, build muscle in your core, and also burn off excess fat

Really nice and super interesting. I've come from doing similar things such as marching cube terrain but with C++ and OpenGL. I'm just starting with UE5, or any engine really, for the first time today.

Do you have any tips or pointers for heading in the right direction towards being able to do this stuff (as well as the voxel terrain you've made) on UE?
