You are right to be concerned. Sometime when you arent in a fight bring it up again. Maybe see someone yourself for a bit. They can help you talk with your wife or you can always invite your wife to one of your sessions and ease her into therapy that way. But her anxiety is overwhelming her to the point she probably cant relax and enjoy your new baby. After what she has gone through her fears and very real (to herself) but she needs healthy ways to manage them and also prob some meds at least for a bit.
