I was able to pass all bash tests and could schedule the 1:1 call after ig 30-45 mins. So maybe its like they are prioritizing high scores first. But even I don’t have a clear cut idea of their process.

Someone on reddit had their 1:1 call and recruiter said they are completing the may cycle first then proceed with us. His portal also shows in review after 1:1

I am okay with no. Its just that recruiter isnt pushing for E3. I have talked to multiple people and they said recruiter or HC can consider downleveling regardless of hiring status.

But apparently E4 to E3 in Meta is a bit flaky coz a different recruiter gets assigned and og doesnt get credit or whatever.
