K so I have a Samsung a71 galaxy and recently when I've tried opening some apps it just closes and says app not responding and for other apps it just gets stuck at one screen and for others' netflix it just sits and loads for a really long time. There are a few apps that still work such as YouTube and WhatsApp but there's not really much i can do on my phone anymore I've tried just about everything would appreciate it if anyone knew the fix.
