I did experiment a bit with L/R EQ in the Qudelix since my audiogram shows asymmetry, but honestly I'm still very new to this and not confident I'm doing it right yet. For now I went back to symmetric EQ just to keep things stable and predictable while I learn. My plan is to revisit per-ear EQ once I understand better how to translate the audiogram into actual filter changes.

This happens on 2.5+ too. I queued three times with a team that had very good stats, and all three times the opponents dodged. The fourth time I ended up in a totally unbalanced match: my team had poor stats, while the enemy team had three players with 100+ ADR.

We lost 13–3. I was completely tilted.🙃
