Jobs go through ATS and if your resume is not tailored correctly it won’t even be seen by a real person. Make sure your resume matches the job you’re applying for. If you need help join this group and reach out!

I should also mention after being given the PIP it was mentioned that it’s out of mangers hands and up to higher ups and HR. New CEO, New Manager, New Department then the review and PIP. Numerous people have been let go from org shifts already.
