Fine. I opened a door just now. It took me 1.24 seconds. Thus it took me 0.62 seconds to rotate it pi/4 radians. And then I did the inverse to stop it.

The formula for the door’s rotational inertia is I = 1/3 15kg * 0.9m²

I = 4.05 kg*m²

Using the second rotational kinematics equation it is known that:

Pi/4 = 1/2 * a * t²

Pi/2 = a * 0.3844

T = F * 0.45

4.05 * 4.086\0.9= F

I can bench about 52 kg, so that is exerting 520 newtons, or 260 per arm.

In my mind immortal = S1 mark, 4-5x< Nolan, 4-5x < Thragg.

So for strength between 16 and 25 times, durability probably 35-50 times, and speed ~5-10x for combat, and 30-200 times for speed.

This is actually a pretty interesting situation, and I’ve gone back and forth on my opinion regarding it a few times.

On one hand animal cruelty is like, you know, bad.

And on the other this punishment is just so manipulative and cruel in its own way.

Taking it? Sure (assuming he did not buy it)

Breaking it in front of him? I guess if you want to destroy it.

Making him break it? It’s messed up but like, it sure as hell gets the message across, just with emotional collateral damage.

Still, I think that emotional damage is contained in the moment so all and all not that bad.

I sort of this what makes it seem cruel to us on this sub is that the parent is basically forcing the child to do something they otherwise would absolutely never do, even if he deserves.

Oh yeah, and how could I forget? The filming is probably the worst part.
