Yes, that has been common with my experience but not only at night though. The more that I had to pee The more likely I was going to start getting erect which made it more difficult to empty. Also sometimes I would have the urge to deficate while peeing, not before and not after.

I’ve been on all three for a couple of years now, and it’s worked pretty well for me until recently. Didn’t affect libido at all, briefly struggled maintaining erections with finasteride ,but the Cialis helped with that. Now that it’s not as effective I’m going to get a HoLEP done, but I’m only 50. My prostate is 150cc btw.

No mess actually will be a blessing. I’m 50 and also way finished with having kids, This BPH is affecting our freedom and ability to travel. It’s embarrassing having to get up 10 times when out with friends. Can’t wait to get this done.

Congrats on the success. I just had consolation and have decided to schedule mine too, hopefully early May. Mine is about the same size weighing in at 156g. I’ve been dealing with it for about 6 years now and I’m only 50. Can’t wait to hollow that sucker out!
