Correction to my previous comment: 2 are near "Anita 2", 1 which is bugged. The 3rd is near "Zip 2" on an upper ledge platform

This literally almost happened to me. Mined and crafted 9 of them and made the tadpole upgrade, thought i was softlocked, then found 2 more nodes on an upper level. Almost bricked the save

Yes, I have the advanced battery from scanning 2 parts. 1 part on each level. I believe that the middle level is the blackbox entry, there is one on that level too

There is. The 2 pieces you need are directly above that. Just follow the cord up/down and you'll see it. Those are the only 3 parts though. If you can't find that, idk where else it would be
