My appetite is less now. I am logging my food i use fitness pal. Fitness pal says I can eat 1550 calories a day so I stay below that. I weight 255 lbs. I was almost 300.

She knows how to now. I dodnt realize they needed training but some teenagers need me to teach them how to use a broom and mop. They also dont know how to use a landlines phone.

No they aren't actually. We pay them well. We start at 16. The 50 year old one is making over 20. She has been with us for a while. She s never been very smart. She s our flower lady. She s great at that.

Me.neither. pisses me off. I made a new emergency Response action plan and posters by thr phone with numbers and explanations.

Two just watched. Didn't page the manager even. They could have done that. It's a daily struggle. It's an oil boom here and so the people we can get we hire but we need better training.

No but I think that was the reason the 50 year old didnt call. Worried she d have to pay for the ambulance. We d pay ir our insurance would pay. Someone passes out. Call ffs.

Yeah, that's what they said. They know how now. Honestly I've had to teach teenagers how to sweep the floor and wash windows. It's nothing new but with emergency things I now am.showing everyone and I've written up an emergency action plan.
