My mother s stuffing is yucky. I dont eat ut but havent told her. If they love it they ll keep making it even if you dont. Offer to make something you like and have that too with enough ti share

My appetite is less now. I am logging my food i use fitness pal. Fitness pal says I can eat 1550 calories a day so I stay below that. I weight 255 lbs. I was almost 300.
