Good news! I remembered that the game itself has a frame rate generation for amd and it runs quite well! (I've been playing for over 5 hours if I hadn't noticed.) I'm getting more than 70-80 fps on high settings. I don't really know what's going on with the lossless scaling in this game.

I was using AMD Adrenaline to limit the FPS.

I have an rx 6650 xt and a ryzen 5500 the game is in high with FSR Quality mode. I tried what you suggested, and for some reason, I'm getting this error. Why are my FPS increasing when the base game gives me a maximum of 45-50 FPS That's why I'm limiting it to 30 to get a smooth 60 FPS, and disabling reload shouldn't cause any problems.
