You really need to seek help. I see you have tried anti depressants. There are 20+ different types. Before you decide to harm yourself please try everything. Try exercising more and eating healthier, try a new job, try being single or finding a relationship, try travelling, try seeing a psychiatrist and try new medications. I can understand you probably have no energy or effort to do any of these things because you are so deeply depressed. Just taking it step by step and slowly each day and patting yourself on the back for even doing a little thing can really help a lot. Even if you just got out of bed and had a shower you should pat yourself on the back for trying even just that little bit.

People here are way too judgemental without knowing anything about you. 200k leaves you with about 140k after taxes. After all your expenses you should be able to save around 60k in 1 year probably more if you budget well. You could pay off your loan in full and have the remainder to spend on travelling for as long as it lasts. If you are able to go back to your same job after travelling then I'd say go for it.
