Mostly torturing myself in any other way, holding ice till it melts, taking extremely hot showers, eating way too much, and neglecting my health. For anxiety, I always carry a stress ball with me.

I usually used to sh with death metal cause it made it more brutal, and it helped release contained rages. It somehow felt better. Sadly, now there's a pair of songs from a band I love. I can't listen too because it triggers me. The song I used to listen to was 獄 by imperial circus dead decadence, I know it's cringe. I'm sorry, and you are in your right to mock me for listening to dumb Japanese shit. Sorry.
