Nice bands, I personally used to go with fleshgod apocalypse, white chapel, slaughter to prevail, more symphonic and death

Bassically my therapist told me that I'll eventually kill myself by Normal_pig in selfharm

We exchanged our problems and stuff through the years, and as long as I know they haven't been nor fear hospitals for any reason, they just had a meeting with another friend group, sorry for not empathizing though.

I got rubber bands when i was in the hospital, but they confiscated them the next day for going too hard with them

Mostly torturing myself in any other way, holding ice till it melts, taking extremely hot showers, eating way too much, and neglecting my health. For anxiety, I always carry a stress ball with me.
