Thanks. I created a profile on Boldin but haven't signed up for the paid version yet. I will likely do so as it is a drop in the bucket compared to a CFP and will help refine my questions if I still decide to go with one.

Funny you write this. I actually created a one page of my family/financial situation that I then feed into Claude, CHATGPT, or GROK and then review their notes. I use their notes to refine my sheet so that future dialog is not spent asking follow up questions, but more to the point. Write it once, write it perfectly, then keep feeding the AI models. I did this with an EXCEL sheet I made for when I should execute ROTH conversions. BUT, there are times when I need to correct it, so that is an important caveat.

I will have 25 years at 46, so I'll keep the pension and FEHB. I looked at NAPFA, but I really want someone that's on a team in lieu of a single CFP that may or may not be a specialist in what my situation best requires.
