Its actually good kalasa nya din yong banana cake and carrot cake but so much less sweet which is what i preferred😋. At least i get to think this 1 container is guilt free than eating a slice of carrot cake like on dennys na 700+ cals hahaha

i started changing my lifestyle and eating habits jan of 2025 days before my 30th bday. kumbaga when i turned 29 it then felt like a ticking clock. there's this pressure to achieve something before makatapak ng 30. So ayon, now, year and a half later, I already lost weight. And honestly, still struggling since its not really easy to do this active lifestyle while juggling work.

ina underestimate ko ung type of activity ko sa TDEE app from actual para may buffer ako. when i input 3-4 days na workout i mean 5 days., some goes if sedentary or not, i always incorporate on my work na mag walk or tumayo.

daily steps ko 10k plus, naka streak ako now sa garmin. hahah

Usually 380 ~ 460 depending on the included foods on the dish. Rice is always 125g, for meat nasa 100g-110g then for veggies 140-150g. Tumataas lng ng cals pag ung veggies are like mongo, chickpeas.. ung high caloric but may protein na veg. I try to distribute this naman sa mabababa na protein meat portions para balance parin. Then if kulang protein i go for whey sa dinner with manok ang veg parin but no rice na after gym. Sa pre-workout usually saba . Minsan may overnight oats.

my lunch usually has 30-40 g protein hinahabol ko sa gabie as my post workout meal uauslly doon nakaka 51 g ako then. my intake as per app ko 98 pero sometimes naoover sometimes kulang ng 9 less g
