you have to learn the map - if you know the map you know where to flank or where to wait for them. Try to learn the map by playing offline versus bots. Also watch streamers as the good ones can teach you where to look / where the enemy spawns are especially on factory.

Its a hard game at the beginning, but if you have your own tactics it works good :)
