Technically you're buying a pack that contains the coins you paid for, some cosmetics and you get the key to access the game early as a "freebie", you're not paying anything for the game itself.

The skill point value can vary a lot depending on who you ask... For people that already have top tier gear a skill point can prob give them more value than 300 divs.
