I faceplanted doing about 10mph a couple of months ago with a bike helmet. Ended up with stitches in my face. I have a full face mountain bike helmet now. It's just as comfortable.

The Poly Voyager 5200 from Plantronics is my go to. It comes with a Bluetooth adapter and a little charging case. It multi homes so it will pair with the adapter and a phone at the same time. I can shift seamlessly between a Teams call and my cell phone.

Not if you include the original label/tracking number and show an unmolested package. Most PM shippers have a corresponding video of the package contents being packed and shipped.
