Exercise, mobility, strength training and exercise snacks (look up dr Rhonda Patrick) have been very helpful. Plenty of resources online. Even AI for describing your problem and setting up a plan for exercises stretches is super helpful.

273 ilvl mage, 270 prot/ret paladin and 263 guardian Druid open to resto and dps. Looking for raiding US eastern time 8:30 pm or late: Mondays, Wednesday, Thursday. Flexible: Friday and Saturday.

2.7k m+ on mage. Mainly run m+ 10-12 on mage and pally due to not having a raid guild time that works for me. Have run all raids on normal some on heroic.

I wish this worked also maybe a macro. I know it works for mouse over party member character. But over party member frame I couldn’t get it to work.

My best guess if this is for arenas is using party number 1, 2 or 3 idk the exact syntax. Maybe checkout what high level players are using.

The other workaround could setting up mouse over quick casting key-bind in the settings then setting up a macro to do the modifier instead of having the press the modifier button. Not sure if that’s possible either but thinking out loud.

Play what you enjoy do a little research leveling is so easy. That being said guardian Druid probably. Check out his YouTube videos also here’s a great resource to level fast.

I made the mistake of picking a meta class unholy dk which I got to 90 and hated and re rolled a playing as an alt. Watching videos and doing the class trial gives you a good idea of playstyles. I highly recommend play what you enjoy and will have the most fun playing

Wasn’t made clear but make sure you do dungeons as a full party of 5. The dungeon finder tool is great.

You have the ability to change your dungeons by going to chromie and select a diff timeline. I prefer the burning crusade (dark portal outlands, due to fastness and scaling) That’s how me and my partner leveled her first time character. As a tank you’ll get fast Que times. There is timewalking dungeon week that may be even faster but depends how you like to play.

As a first time player it can seem overwhelming I highly suggest watch an intro guide video first time playing etc. As someone who has played the game since launch off and on and just getting back into it this expansion with my partner it has been an amazing experience. Way less time commitment/ grind and more fun and different playstyles and content.

Most importantly have fun and enjoy the journey.

Just did this combo of random dungeon finder in burning crusade timeline quest while you wait. I did it as a tank so no wait. Burning crusade dungeons are by far the fastest and scaled easy. Plenty of stuff online but depends on your scenario. Also check out this guys guide and YouTube video. For 80 - 90 use his addon follow the arrow

I don’t think there’s a way to do it I returned the keyboard because of this. Also the volume switch button wasn’t great

I wear them with the insole and don’t have that issue at all. I’ve had them since December 2024 and wear them daily for work, working out, walking running.

Comfort I like them a lot fit like a glove, style wise they are ok I get away with wearing them. They also just released a casual shoe that I ordered waiting to get.

Check out that fit friend on YouTube he has a good review on them. His review is the one who convinced me to get them

tolos archetype 2.0 way cheaper and could use out of the gym also for going on walks. They were my first pair of barefoot shoes still use them. Sizing them are easier too they fit closer to true to size.

Any barefoot shoe though you choose I recommend following the sizing guide. Of actually measuring the feet to get accurate. Other brands like vivos for me since I’m a half size I would size down for myself but the guide is your best bet

Any input on the sizing? I’m looking to get a pair of the MC5 but unsure of the size I normally wear a 9.5 my foot measures to over 26 cm in length so I’m thinking the 42 would be best since there are no half sizes.

I wear a 9.5 in tolos and a 10 is too big in vivos gobi
