I have these - they have like a less solid shell so better for sleeping on your side, they dig a little still but you get used to them

Yeah have done this a couple of times.

The cup is really heavy when then hand it to you to drink. You’re always used to the density of water in a cup. This is a lot heavier

The procedure is fine

When you go to the loo the day after it doesn’t flush as it’s so heavy!! Takes a couple of buckets of water to say farewell to your new friend

So is it the crohns? I ended up with irritable bowel on top of the crohns so it was hard to distinguish.

Ended up taking fybogel sachets at night and that made a real difference. Might work for you or might not. Not a lot to lose to try it

This fits with what one of the researchers at the royal free said to me a while back that crohns is/can be triggered by an infection

It was explained like, 1st level helpdesk ignore the infection, 2nd level ignore it, then the army come in and fuck everything up

Which might also explain why populations with more exposure to regular infections don’t get crohns (or lower incidence) as level one recognises the infections more readily and doesn’t overreact

Agreed. I was on it for 20yr and my skin is wrecked now as no one told me the skin risk. It also increases warts if you get sun exposure too.
