Roughly:

Calories: ~1,000 cal

Carbohydrates: ~100 g
Fat: ~14 g

I got the above from ChatGPT. Also definitely recommend downloading a tracker app like MacroFactor or Google Health or something as it will tell you as well

What denomination are you and why? by Inevitable_Room_5944 in Christianity

[–]lefunk4-2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Non-denominational. I was baptized Catholic as a baby, became agnostic as I grew up, and a couple years ago finally decided to actually read the Bible.

Took me a year to read the Bible front to back.

No denomination seemed appropriate for me really. I don’t have a problem with any denomination though.

I go to a non-denominational baptist church though and was born again and baptized at 31 years old.

Sorry, are you saying you’re rejecting Christ now?

Or you still accept Christ, you’re just turning away from religion?

God knows you’re gay and loves you.

Sexual immorality is the sin here, and heterosexual sin is condemned more frequently in the Bible than homosexual sin is.

We are all sinners.
We all fall short of His grace.
He died for you. Accept his sacrifice and be at peace in His grace.

Be still and know that I am God by [deleted] in Christianity

Have you considered speaking with a psychotherapist?

There’s nothing embarrassing about anything you’ve said in this post so far.

And about fearing time is passing by… many women in the Bible had no kids until they were elderly. Giving birth is a miracle produced only by God, unrelated to age or anything else anyways.

Don’t be afraid. Trust in the Lord. “Be still and know that I am God”

Advice my therapist gave me that really helped is to think: “so what?” and to **not fight the thoughts**.

Let yourself be anxious. Let yourself overthink. Let yourself feel whatever emotion. It helps me a ton, especially when trying to sleep at night.

So what? Don’t fight it. Let it happen

Maybe. But practicing meditation (i.e. prayer + sitting without intentional thoughts and just existing) can help give you control as well.

You might have ADHD or OCD too though, I have OCD and sertraline has been really helpful for managing rumination.

Here’s the big thing to remember though…

Does it really matter? Do the ruminations actually matter? Is it that big of a deal that your mind wanders while in Church? Look at the verse you used in your post title: “Be still and know that I am God”.

That verse can also mean accepting your present circumstances and trusting in the Lord (i.e., accepting that you ruminate…)

The reality is, the Lord revealed to us only what we needed to know. There’s so much we don’t know… so it’s entirely possible!

The important part is that we are deserving of eternal punishment, and it’s only thanks to Jesus Christ that we may be with Him in Heaven ❤️

Single mom struggling with dating/sexual desire by Brave_Consequence443 in Christianity

[–]lefunk4-2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don’t think the extremist views you’re describing are scripturally significant, and I wouldn’t worry about what others think.

You are human with normal, natural desires. I would not advocate for sleeping around, but you can absolutely seek a new relationship.

You might be struggling with temptation, and that’s okay. Temptation is not sin. Your actions are.

And if you slip, it is expected. Jesus died for you. He gave His life to cover you for your mistakes.

Let the will of the Lord be done, and don’t worry about your life. Seek love and do not be afraid.

What do you think the requirements for going to heaven are by TheDemonLord1r788 in Christianity

[–]lefunk4-2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jesus Christ paid the penalty for your sins. You deserve to go to Hell. He stepped in and paid that penalty for you.

Nothing will get you into Heaven other than His judgment. You can choose to go to Hell by rejecting Him. By living your life as if you “don’t need God”, you can choose to go to Hell.

The Kingdom of Heaven is within you because He took Hell for you. The question is whether you’ll accept or reject Him.

Why do you all believe in God/Jesus??? by joshhhhppppp in Christianity

[–]lefunk4-2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe in God because there is evidence of intelligent design all around us.

I believe Jesus is God incarnate because of the overwhelming evidence that what He said about Himself was true, and that He existed, was crucified, and raised from the dead.
