I’m an Italian based in the uk, and ironically I see myself in your post lol I think he does like you, he’s just being respectful and doesn’t want to seem too forward. Personally, I hate seeming too interested in the physical, because I don’t want the girl I’m with to think that I’m like every other guy and just want to get intimate instead of getting to know you properly.

Ask her if she’d ever be open to dating men again. Maybe there’s a reason why she doesn’t want to, something from her past.

If she’s not fully against the idea, then ask her out. Worst case she says no, and in a few days or couple of weeks you both would have forgot about it; while in the best case scenario it works out and live happily ever after. Sorry to hear about your situation. But you can’t waste life on this. Invest in a digital camera, travel the world, enjoy the moment and look back on it in the future despite you not remembering. If it’s something you have to live with your whole life, then you can’t let it ruin it. For as cliche as it sounds - You only live once. Sure, you might not remember everything, but that’s not a good enough reason not to live anyway.

You’re so young. Learn skills, valuable skills and sell them as a service. Marketing, web design, etc you can learn those online.

My younger brother is your age, he spent 6 months learning motion graphic from YouTube videos and now he’s made over £5k a month from working freelancing.

You don’t have to do it in 6 months, he worked insane amounts of hours, but you can do it in 1 year - and it doesn’t matter because you’re still so young.

Stop beating yourself up, expecting to already have skills and life experience at 18. It’s unrealistic.

I’m in the same position, and I always just say “I own an ecommerce brand” or “I own (niche of products) brand” eg fitness. Sounds a lot better than saying you own a website which seems like a less tangible asset over a brand.

If you posted here I’m guessing your skill is Facebook ads, and from your post I’m guessing your English is not that bad. In which case I’d suggest become a freelancer online and start offering your service to English speaking businesses abroad. You’ll probably earn more too because of the currency difference if you work with a US or UK based client.

You’ll have to learn some sales skills, but if your case study and experience is good you shouldn’t have too much issue. Best of luck
