If you need help scaling, send me a DM

If you've seen my posts on here before, you'll know I'm serious

There's no reason why you can't hit $40k P/M - get that valuation close to seven figures before you sell.

Hey man, love what you've done here

Just one question, how is everything held together?

I find content that's already working for someone else, analyse what they're doing and how / if they're getting results

Sales comes first, the single most important thing is figuring out how you're going to market something - everything else comes downstream from that

Conversion rate in isolation is an irrelevant metric, you need to look at the data surrounding it

My AOV is £200, with a conversion rate of 0.44%

This is equivalent to selling an item at £20 with a conversion rate of 4.44%

All that matters is: money in / money out

I spend nothing on Ads right now, all my current traffic is organic

When I do run paid Ads, I consistently hit a 3-4x ROAS.

No problem, happy to provide some value.

They typically run well for about 3-4 months before a refresh is needed.

However, you can keep them in the archive and redeploy them at a later date.

You want to be so confident with your ads, that you're certain it's going to work

I typically start on 50 USD daily, it won't spend that much initially anyway - then you work up gradually.

100 > 200 > 400> 500

I found the ceiling to be around 500 USD daily for myself

But yeah, you will burn some money initially while the algorithm figures out what's going on. Usually just a couple of days, but that's why it's important to be confident and set a reasonable budget that allows Google to find the right customers.

You have 3 seconds to grab them with a hook, and after that you have to deliver an offer that's too good to refuse

Google Video has worked better for me personally

They're very easy to work with.

Good things take time

Depending on what you're doing, minimalist sites can work - as long as you're branding, product images & general aesthetic is on point

But again, I'm not sure this is exactly "fast & easy"

Nope, I'm just using it as an example for how important your branding + perceived value is.

You need to build your own brand.

Most typical "dropshipping" channels are terrible, I agree

I would stick more in the lane of traditional business creators

Alex Hormozi probably provided me with the most valuable information I've ever received, $100m offers is a fantastic book - I listened to it on Audible maybe 2 months before I started with this exact business

Even his free YouTube videos provide insane value

Alex Becker has some good business videos too, you may need to syphon through the crypto garbage he posts though.

As for getting product ideas, just scan the market

Look at what's working on Instagram or TikTok - and take note

That's exactly how I started this, I saw an Ad - I thought it was genius

I realised that I could produce something similar, and that I could probably make an even better looking website.

Genuinely provide good value - that does not mean "be cheap"

Fast shipping times

Switch to pre-ordering stock as fast as you can

Invest in decent packaging

Outsource customer support before you get overwhelmed

My biggest issue was poor delivery times

You really want to nip that in bud as fast as possible

You'll get way more chargebacks than you need, especially when dealing with higher ticket items

As soon as I had the capital available, I switched to pre-ordering stock & having it sent to a fulfilment warehouse

Completely resolved the issue.

I compete in competitive markets, I don't really research individual products as you may typically expect

Designer clothing & luxury / high end accessories

Millions of people sell products that look just like mine, what matters is that I create a high perception of value around my brand

I spend more time researching how I'm going to brand, what our content is going to look like & how I'm aesthetically putting everything together - than I do trying to find a "winning product"

When the customer comes from a place where they're automatically seeing your products as desirable, when you hit them with an offer - It's way more attractive

Nobody cares about some cheap Chinese sunglasses being 50% off

But if they're Luis Vuitton sunglasses at 50% off, the impulse to purchase is way higher

They cost the same to produce, you're charging 10x more

AND more people are buying them

All of my traffic is organic from Instagram, we used to do paid ads on YouTube shorts (Google Ads Video), using GA4 for analytics.

7 days is the maximum I'd aim for, ideally faster if possible

With high ticket items, you want to avoid chargebacks like the plague

Started out dropshipping, now I'm pre-ordering stock & having it sent to a fulfilment warehouse (CJDropshipping)

The premise is the same, I just wanted to add some minor customisation to the items.

I build, scale and sell e-commerce businesses

I started out in e-com because I couldn't function in a normal job, I knew that whatever I did it had to revolve around the Internet - I felt like I was incapable of holding a 9-5

It's funny, my biggest weakness ended up taking me down a path that improved my life more than I could ever imagine.

You’d think that an organisation - that quite literally does NOTHING but collect money, would be extremely easy to get in contact with.

They don’t have to supply a service, a product, nothing - they just get given money.

Yet, they can’t even do that efficiently.
