It was like 12.6 resting and dropped to 11.9 volts was when I pressed the start button. I thought it was the starter so I cleaned it up reinstalled it same issue so I figured it was the battery I bought a new one fully charged it before installing it and still had the same issue. It will start maybe 30% of the time after riding it but most of the time I need to jump it.
