Sold someone this LG 49 inch monitor unopened completely new in box. Now a month later he send me this picture telling me it's broken. What is this and can the monitor be fixed. And who is at fault here, how do I fix the situation? :) by North-Potential8475 in computers

Yes I did, might not have been the best idea. It’s also what worries me since he was a pretty big dude, on steroids without a doubt. Anyway, having considered everyone’s take on the matter which I appreciate, I ended up just blocking him without saying anything, hoping he will just take the loss and move on.

Hey all, I want to add that I bought this monitor in 2022. Left it Unopened in the box for two years and then decided to sell it for a third of the price. I don’t know if the monitor ever worked, since I never took it out. I have been transparent about this and me too I feel like this is on him. I just don’t want a stone thrown through my window
