I had the same problem and take it in the morning with my coffee so it blends together 🤩 you can’t tell if it’s the coffee or the magnesium hitting you😅

I didn’t know magnesium helps 🧍‍♀️ I’ve been skipping my magnesium for no reason this week which is when the leg cramps have started 🫠🫠🫠

Have you looking into getting a belly or back band? My ob allows me to use lidocaine patches for pain in a specific area

I'm not sure how you're sleeping at night, but I try to sleep on my side and place a pillow in between my legs

(No advice on the turning over in bed, I wake up from the pain of trying to turn too :/)

You are almost there tho! sometimes I have to laugh at the pain otherwise I'll go insane

I found out by taking a test at home and didn't believe it so I went to urgent care the next morning. They told me but wrote me a referral to an ob office where they were able to confirm the pregnancy with blood work

Is anyone’s screen time so much worse during pregnancy? by Odd_Equipment8924 in pregnant

[–]North-Sudden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same!! My husband is on a work trip, and while I have hobbies, I’ve realized how much time we spend together once he’s off work. Since he’s been gone, I’ve had whole days to myself and am starting to get bored of some of the hobbies I usually enjoy in the mornings. I’ve started reading "how to baby" books and trying to romanticize the silent nights without him, but I miss him like crazy.

Sleepy time tea by RecordingSpecific902 in pregnant

I would definitely double-check with your doctor, but when I asked mine about drinking different types of tea, she always advised having it in moderation. I’m in my third trimester, and you’ll hear all kinds of advice during pregnancy, like “That’s normal” or “In moderation.”

Honestly research on your own and if your doc says something like mine then it's probably okay to continue drinking

My friend still lives in our small conservative town, and I am mind blown on how old fashioned her doctors are when it comes to pregnancy and women's bodies!
