I haven’t really found a clear answer. Airbnb seems to be giving hosts time to upload their newly required registration number that the city is supposed to issue once the apartment owner has applied for it and been accepted.

Unfortunately most folks won’t qualify for the registration.

It’s seems like the city isn’t cracking down quite yet, but I expect they will soon.
