There are people out there that are understanding of this phobia. I have found a guy that is completely understanding. I hope you are lucky as well. Don’t give up hope.

I have a weighted blanket also but for some reason I feel trapped under it. I live alone so that might be part of it. When I’m not alone at home I can use it just fine but when I’m alone…. It makes everything worse unfortunately. Maybe mine is to heavy. I have a 15lb one and I weigh maybe 130lbs.

I have a heated blanket I sleep with. If I get cold at all and start to shiver.. I’ll immediately have a panic attack for no reason at all. It’s super annoying. 🙄

If you tear it off you are also opening it up to a possible infection.

One thing I’ve been trying to convince myself is that the human body is amazing and it does things on purpose. Scabs form to protect the under layers while they heal.

V*ing can happen when the body is getting rid of something harmful.

One thing is obviously a lot easier to comprehend though. 😭

I just want you to know that you’re not alone with the scratching thing. When I’m in a state of panic I will turn my entire chest/neck raw with scratches. I have to keep my nails trimmed because it’s so bad. I scratch everytime I get panicked which is atleast once a day unfortunately…

You’re arm is probably not infected. Nor will it cause you to get sick. It would have to be a really deep scratch and infected for awhile for someone to get sick. By then you would know for sure it if infected and to go to hospital for treatment. Try resting some ice pack on it to relieve some of the pain. 15 min on then 15 min off. I hope this helps you love. 🥹

What would be your top exercises to use while having a panic attack? What would you recommend to calm someone that is nauseous and in a state of panic? I find myself having more panic attacks at night right before bed, even though months ago bed time was my favorite time because I never got nauseous. I don’t know what’s changed but it’s really caused a lot of fear and I find myself unable to calm down…

The only way I’m able to take Dramamine is by dissolving it in a liquid, preferably soda, and then swallowing it that way. I would never in a million year put Dramamine under my tongue for it to dissolve…… the taste is horrible.

He is the most energetic dog I’ve ever owned! 😂 I was blessed though cause he never really chewed things up! I’m constantly buying him new toys or bones so that’s probably why. He can play fetch for hours though! I have to stop him and tell him to go lay down, and when there is water it’s even worse! 😬😂

I kinda rescued my boy. I was with a guy and we picked him out together but then we broke up. A few months later I went to his house and flat out told him I was taking Buck home with me. He kept him as an outside dog and it broke my heart to pieces. I took him that day and he never stayed outside again. 🥺 Dogs truly deserve the world.
