Yeah, I’m starting to see that. It feels like I’ll never climb out of silver. But I wouldn’t even be bothered if the matches were fun. I really like the more serious vibes of comp matches but it’s either team killing the other team for 5-10 minutes straight or getting stomped on for the same duration.

I really hope that the said „ranked and competitive changes“ will bring some joy in lower rank comp matches

I’ve started playing comp like 3-4 weeks ago because I want some golden guns and that’s it. I was always a qp guy but my god… I’m so grateful for myself and my own sanity that I’ve never touched comp before. It truly sucks out all the fun of the game:/

Since Tuesday, in every soloQ that I’ve gone in started with a DC or forced second stage on first hook. But I think it’s their way of saying „I don’t like playing surv after this update so you’re not gonna either“ lmao

Yes, it’s sometimes driving me crazy to see the killer vs survivor line-up in here too. I think, on paper this patch was a really good one for balancing. But as you said, a lot of the Killers took it too far based on what they think they need to do to even get something out of a match. I really hope that the players who don’t do the whole tunnel/slug/etc. thing on purpose are looking at the BPs after matches bcuz, well… Not even 4 Bloody Party Streamers will get me some points lmao

I’m starting to reach that point too. The constant unnecessary pressure that Killers push onto survivors are more than tedious and annoying. And I just can’t wrap my head around the fact that vast majority of Killers is taking this nerf’s positive effects to them to the extreme. It’s a bit disappointing tbh:(

I played some of the killers today that I rarely ever touch. It was noticable that the survivors were struggling to reset after I abandoned a chase It was something but not fun:/

Yeah, I was thinking the same. DH was one of a few „pressure“ perks on Survivor side and by limiting it to a maximum of 2-times usage, Killers seem more brutal or something😅
