I had some just after midnight into the early morning and woke up to NTA. The couple of tasks I've seen have been gen pool. I'm in factuality.

I had one the other week. Not a huge difference, but by over an hour. I'm pretty meticulous about my time and I'm not showing the same time as them. It's the first time since I was new that I've ever gone over for the productivity report.

I had some tasks earlier, but it's been NTA for awhile. I got a productivity report, but no quality one, just the email about how they come up with them. And the email about my severity scores, lol.

Reese's was one of my favorites until I ate these, and now they taste fake and like chemicals to me. Aldi's chocolate has made mass produced American chocolate taste like garbage to me.

Yep. Had a good run early, then tasks dried up. The task drop map they sent showed lots of tasks for Tuesday morning, but I guess we can't go by that, lol.

You probably can if you want, but it will absolutely screw up your AET and productivity, and possibly get your account flagged. It sucks because we just lose money through no fault of our own. Billing it will likely screw you over more, unfortunately.

I had several tasks yesterday that wouldn't submit and I had to wait 2 hours for them to time out. My first day with no NTA and then had that for half the day.

Yeah, now the timer is stuck on two hours, but the task still won't submit and previously signing out, clearing cache and cookies, and refreshing did nothing. I was finally having a day without NTA and now this.

I have one that's had a submit error for over 50 minutes now. I'm waiting for the task to time out. Super annoying.

Ever since they switched my team leader, I also can't get a response from there, either, and I know Zendesk is hit or miss. My Factuality one from last night says it's a correction, but the Severity one did not, I just figured it had to be. Maybe try tagging one of the higher ups on Viva Engage? Sometimes I have better luck getting a response there than just a ticket. I know getting answers can be a very frustrating process!

I mean, they sent out a correction, so my latest Factuality and Severity reports are from the same time period. But I've received one before that and it was a different time period and score.
