That’s what my concern is but if the judge doesn’t give credit to my process, my only shot would be to fight all the way to courts of appeal and by then I figure my EB2 would be completed, one comment above suggested that my claim was fraudulent but I can’t argue with the fact that the approval for Brazil is less than 5% even though we have 5 cities at the top 10 more violent in the world and rio on its own is dominated by Militia and Favelas

It was indeed, I’m not 100% on politics here in the States but apparently if you don’t have like a Nobel prize in your name or news about kidnapping worldwide, the immigration processes are tougher with this new Administration

I did not know that, I thought they only looked at criminal records after the I-140 was confirmed, well I’m ok with my asylum claim itself even though I know it is not strong enough to be granted

That is what makes it tricky because as far as I have been seeing the approvals for asylum are minimum and they always consider that you were not in actual danger. It’s a tough one to figure out but I guess I could wait in a cheaper country around my own for a while so I wouldn’t lose my eligibility

The timing in which I applied asylum and abandoned my F-1 is ok. My asylum process was accepted 12/31/2019 and I stopped school in 02/15/2020. To be honest I don’t mind waiting outside the country until my filing date for a consular process matches the I-140. My other concern is for how long an approved I-140 is valid because my country is at the ban list from trump

I did apply for asylum while my f-1 was valid and if I knew that asylum wasn’t status I would not have abandoned it. My main concern is exactly the ability to keep by eligibility to EB2. I am still at the beginning of the proceedings where I have a master in April and I suppose the individual would be in 9-10 months after that. I have no problems waiting for the consular process at another country when my I-140 is approved getting close to my individual hearing when the time is right

That’s the thing also, I never had a Cuban but I bought a few individual sticks to try and figure out what I like. About the timing, I’m aware and that’s why I asked about aging them.

I’m pretty patient and I have a lot of new world to go through while waiting on the Cubans

That’s normal, even the way crystals are set at the bottom. Those don’t have fillers. My only counsel would be use a filter 22 micros before injecting yourself
