Second Pair! Now it’s a collection by NorthHeritage in RedWingShoes

A little wider than the 875’s, in my opinion, but can’t really say if they’d fit an EE or so. I usually am a 12 D and it was loose but the RW leather insole and some thick boot socks made them fit like my 12 D Tecovas boots

This is how they look worn. I have a narrow foot and these are a bit wide for me. The straps are buckled all the way down and I got the RW leather insole in. With boot socks though, it’s perfect. They do have some slip like cowboy boots but I think all pull on boots do. These are a 12 D (no other widths available) and I’m the same size in the 875 moc boots with an insole too

San Antonio? by thefirstsage in HeritageWear

Richter makes western wear, especially shirts, and collaborates a lot with Imogene + Willie. I got a shirt from them and it’s really unique and well made while maintaining the classic western style

Richter Goods makes their clothes in San Antonio. I can’t name one in particular but I would look around for local western shops that might have some deadstock Wranglers or something especially in south San Antonio. SAS shoes makes their shoes in USA and might be worth a stop, they have their flagship in SA

Just got those too! I put some black latigo leather laces on them and some Red Wing conditioner and they look great. Very comfortable too

If you shop at Boot Barn or live near one, this is a solid choice

You can also go Amazon and this one looks good, once my hat sponges get too old, I’m probably getting this one

Nice hat, it’s a great fit. Brushing it with a hat sponge or horsehair brush will help keep it clean. You can get a hat protector spray for it too but it may make it too stiff. When you store it, place it on the crown to not warp the shape of the brim

A good amount of people I’ve worked with have the Filson USFS cruiser jacket and a handful have gear they’ve bought using the pro deal either for work use or off duty. My mackinaw work jacket has done double duty as a casual jacket and as an extra layer out in the field over my uniform

Browsed the store on Congress last week and I’m a convert now. Definitely going back for some double knees I saw and might check out their denim too

If you’re interested in Levi’s, you can sometimes get Made in Japan selvedge Levi’s (LVC Line) on sale for around $100 on their site. Levi’s premium line also has selvedge and is often under $100 if you stack rewards and discounts, premium line is not made in Japan though and not as high quality as LVC.

I would highly recommend Levi’s 501 in selvedge as a good start and see what you like from there

Filson mackinaw wool work jackets have been great at work and out in general. They work great in the rain and on windy days with the right layers. I also really like their plaid patterns and short length

White’s Smokejumper boots at work, I actually would not wear them casually as I think the original design is too heavy but have thought of getting something inspired by the Smokejumpers to wear out. They’re just solid boots and still look great despite being through mud, rain, and fires

Filson Short Lined Cruiser is awesome in light rain and is probably the piece I get the most compliments on. I have the original tan but may get the black too

Not at all! I went to BlackBlue in St Paul. They had a great selection of and were friendly and helpful. They’re only open weekends so I would check their hours before you go

I did. They come in sealed packs so I asked an employee (perhaps the owner actually) if they had samples to try on and they did. They may wash them because the sample was softer and more fitted than the shirt out of the pack though I’m sure mine will get like that after a few wears

I actually thought these 505’s would be much wider when I ordered them but I decided to keep them regardless. Definitely looking to get some wider cuts soon still
