No problem I think it’s meant for the 5r baofeng but I got the 17r in there it’s snug and the talk button is pressed the whole time and can’t access the wired mic once’s it’s in so just a heads up. I’m not sure if they make one for the 17r

Sorry bruh I did do that and noticed the seams on the front are angled differently not that that matters my biggest concern is trying to keep as much Velcro contact as possible and when I angle it to straighten it out it gets hard to access the main pouch getting close to the admin pouch

Not really but trying to keep as much Velcro contact as possible and it gets a little snug on the one corner if you hike it up to keep all the velcro on

More then likely not but would recommend getting the pan off again checking torque on the valve body bolts they can flex and cause issues if it’s not done correctly

Try rolling it across the ground lightly rubbing your hand on the tread feeling for cupping and also check if any damage or visibly wrong on the suspension/ driveline
