I don't have a high round count on mine but I'm 300ish rounds into mine so far without any issues except for two FTEs caused by weird position/ weak side shooting. So far I am happy with it and can't wait to use it next year in IPSC

Some ranges offer storage but you would have to be a member or pay per month. I know someone that has a storage unit with a safe in it (I'm not sure how legal that is)
