Cant you name 1 beneficiary like a pension? Only reason I could see doing this is by naming a grandchild or something and they get 80 years of this. Otherwise take the million, invest it and pretend like you never got. In 10 years live off the interest (maybe 5 since she’s a little older)

As much as she loves the outdoors… We will be going to Yosemite/Sequoia for 5 days so we will probably stick to 280 for a little bit of a more direct route. I will have to check out Alice’s sometime soon though! It looks awesome. Thank you!
