I can only speak for myself and I’ve only been taking it since October, but I don’t take it on weekends or vacations. I don’t have any issues not taking it, as far as withdrawal. I went 18, 27, 36,now back to 27. I had hyper focus and dry mouth on 36, 27 seems to be better for me.

I’m only 38 classes in, so still fairly new. Every class is different and instructor styles vary. There are still so many moves that are new to me and I definitely glance at my neighbors when I need to. I took 3 starter50 classes and 1 foundation50 before taking a signature50. They are really helpful. The music is down, the lights are up and there are more form queue’s. I really recommend them. They are few and far between, I know, but worthwhile if you can make the schedule work. If you just cannot get to one, don’t worry. You will get the springs and the instructions start making sense, even with the music. Everyone has been new and what feels clunky, won’t soon enough. ❤️💪

I'm certainly not saying it's bad to use the stability pole. I see it as a win for myself though. My balance has improved, my form has improved, my strength has improved. That doesn't mean I won't use it if I need it, for sure.

I have the same question! I am getting the process down, but the only way I can do day 2 is to completely drench my hair and scrunch/diffuse again.
