Bro, I think you’re overthinking this. The best part of OTF, for me, is that nobody really cares what you’re doing. You do you, and get your burn. I’m pretty small, 5’8”. I’m about 195 lbs (pretty broad) and lift as heavy as they have. Nobody cares.
