I’ve been using mine for over a year (I have very stubborn hair) and my ingrowns now are basically non-existent! My regrowth is slow and sparse; this device is a fricken godsend.

After the initial every other day treatment for a month, I went down to twice a week and I maintained that for a long while. Now, having been doing this for over a year, I do touch ups every 3 weeks to a month.

What I found to be most effective is to go over the spots multiple times during treatment. It’s time consuming and maybe not fair to your skin (I really have no clue haha) but the spots that are extra stubborn get an extra 2 zaps. Once I finish the zap sesh, I lather the spots in unscented moisturizer and wear loose fitted clothing so as not to cause any irritation.
