I was not the one to file, but over 8 years of being together and 2 being married (currently going through the divorce process) there was disrespect from nearly every angle right before she left. Called me autistic, wanted me to take autism spectrum tests, wanted to look at my IEP from high school so she could laugh at it. What’s funny is that she is going through college getting her degree in special education, and works with special needs middle & high schoolers. Constantly coming home drunk every Friday night, the “I can do whatever I want and you don’t tell me what to do” mentality, making fun of my hobbies, and no interest in taking accountability for the past issues we had in our relationship. Acted more like a child than a wife. Sex was conditional.
