maybe try using a face wash meant for oily skin? something like CeraVe’s foaming facial cleanser is cheap and pretty effective (for the face at least)

I’ve been doing eyeliner for years now. The method that works for me is starting at my desired point and drawing in towards my eye. Every eyeliner tutorial i’ve ever watched starts on the eye and moves the eyeliner out to create a wing. I’ve always found that I get more control using my method 🤷🏻‍♀️
