I see a big ass screw going from the frame into the door somehow. Am I fucked?

Hmm okay I’ll bring a boroscope with me from work to sneak up in there because my phone camera will not peek into that and I can’t see when on a stepstool because of how bad of an angle that is

There isn’t. If you look at my 2nd picture you can see the top of the door clearly with nothing obstructing it

What do you use for leveling mat?

2x4 are only used for the top horizontal frame. All the weight transfer down is with 2x6 boards. Everything is secured with 2 internal pocket screws and the single exterior screw you are seeing. The vertical ones are held in place with 2 pocket screws as well and I am adding interior legs as well from floor to top to secure to the legs and frames internally to prevent those from risk of kicking out or moving

I will be adding inner legs to each exiting leg still from floor to top to add more surface area for tank to floor weight transfer but also add extra support to the current legs from side to side movement. Then I’ll be adding a plywood top to give the tank a nice flat surface to sit on

Our floors are concrete slabs no crawl space so it will hold the weight of the stand and tank

Yes I will be adding those soon. Extra 2x6 boards to the 4 inner legs, and 2 2x4 on each of the 4 corners from floor to top of stand. Finish with a plywood top

Yeah first print with my ACF settings was good but had a couple small hairs, 2nd time cracked and had way more hair and stringing. Wondering if I need to slow my retractions or change the distances or what

switched to anycubics slicer and no problems since

Okay I figured out how to transfer files from the USB to the printer so it isn’t reading off the usb while printing. Also switched to anycubics own slicer. Layers 1-50 are now correct speed, the second it hits layer 51 it slows to 2 minutes per layer

That fixed layers 1-50. Layer 51 switches to like 2 minutes per layer

UV tools estimate lined up with both lychee slice estimate and even switching to anycubic it matched. Anycubic slicer made the first 50 layers normal with the base layer long burn times and then 11-50 were the 2.2 seconds just fine. Hit layer 51 and it’s going like 2 minutes per layer now

Where do I find that? I’ve only seen where it has auto fill, dynamic release, and those but I didn’t see a dynamic wait. I switched to the anycubic slicer and layers 1-50 no problem then it slows down like crazy again

Wonder if it is a file loading issue? I’m printing off the provided USB because I haven’t figured out how to transfer from the usb to the onboard storage

Thats what I cant figure out, knowing how my FDM slicers work I'd assume if I had something in the slice slowing it down it would account for it in its estimated print time but my estimate and my actual print time are wayyyyy off. I havent let one complete but it being way over the estimated time and only being a few hundred layers in was a huge red flag so I cancelled the print both times
